Elliptic has secured $4 million of additional funding from existing and new investors including BDC Venture Capital and Anges Quebec members.
The company will deploy the new capital to support the company's growth strategy, and fuel more extensive market opportunities through the continued development of its breakthrough tVault™ technology, and expansion of the sales and marketing teams and initiatives.

Elliptic's CTO, Mike Borza, will be a featured panelist at two upcoming conferences: GlobalPlatform's Trusted Execution Environment (TEE): Next Generation Mobile Security for Today and Tomorrow on October 31st, in Santa Clara; and the AMD Developer Summit on November 12th, in San Jose.at the Global Platform TEE Conference & AMD Developer Summit this Fall.
The GlobalPlatform track entitled "TEE Use Case Session #1 - Premium Content" at 1:30 pm features high-level executives alongside Mr. Borza from the following esteemed companies: 20th Century Fox, Samsung Research Institute America, Paramount Pictures Corporation, and Trustonic. On September 12, 2013, announced the industry's first standards compliant HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) solutions to protect UHD (Ultra-High Definition) content over uncompressed streaming interfaces.

On July 30 & 31st, 2013, we held a 'Mini-PlugFest' with Intel® at our Ottawa headquarters to verify the interoperability of Elliptic's implementation of the latest DTCP Plus protocol features. Here, Igor Gamayunov, Senior Software Engineer of Elliptic, and Joe Leong, Technical Marketing Engineer of VTM Group for Intel (both seated and pictured here with some of Elliptic's Engineering team) test core protocol features such as the new Content Management Information, PCP2, Digital Only Token and Remote Access.
